macMacDevs[23] = Glasgow_Offshore

Tuesday, March 24th, 2009

Apple were good enough to announce iPhone OS 3.0 in plenty of time for this month’s Glasgow MacMacDev to ensure we had plenty to talk about.

macMacDevs[23] will be held at Offshore, 3/5 Gibson Street, Glasgow, G12 8NU, on Thursday 26 March 2009, from 19:00 until whenever.

Turn up, talk code, rave about the nice things in iPhone OS 3.0, or complain about all the things that you really wanted but didn’t get.

If you’re planning on coming along, please let me – david at macmacdev dot com – know.

Second week in March already? If I hadn’t been battling servers and the government all last week I might have posted this with a bit more notice!

macMacDevs[22] will be held at Mezz, 49-51 London Street, Edinburgh, EH3 6LX on Thursday 12 March 2009, from 19:00 until whenever.

To avoid moaning all night about servers and government incompetence – and how, in this case, they’re related – I propose a topic of conversation: contract iPhone development. We’re getting a number of enquiries for contract work which I’d like to share out amongst other macMacDev’ers.

So, turn up, talk code, tell me what you want out of an iPhone development contract.

If you’re planning on coming along, please let me – david at macmacdev dot com – know.
